Create order

Advertisement

This feature is used to create mass advertising campaigns.

Step 1: Create content

  • Select Brand Name

  • Order Name

  • Select created message: this is a list of messages that have been pre-registered with the network operator.

  • View process: View carrier regulations for sending messages. Always updated by eTelecom.

  • Enter content: Send content that has not been prepared before

  • View display sample

Step 2: Enter recipient list

  • You can add recipient list from following 3 options:

    • Add directly: Requires correct format input

    • Add from excel file: Excel file must be in correct format

    • Add from contacts: Add from contacts available on the tool

Clear list:

  • Delete selected numbers in the list or delete all.

  • Manually delete each number

Step 3: Set sending time

  • View regulations: View carrier regulations. Always updated by eTelecom.

  • Select sending time:

    • Shared sending time: Set up a uniform sending time across carriers.

    • Send time separately: Set the sending time according to each specific network.

Step 4: Confirm

  • Edit information: Check order information. Click "Edit" to edit the information.

  • Confirm information: When you click confirm, the screen will display the OTP authentication table, please enter the correct OTP sent to the device via the phone number of the account being logged in.

When you click confirm, a popup "Confirm OTP" will appear:

Mass customer service

Feature used to send mass customer service messages.

Step 1: Create content

  • Order Name

  • Select template: this is a list of pre-registered news templates.

  • Select sending channel: Click "Settings" to set the priority sending channel order according to your needs.

  • View limits and regulations

  • Channel content: Select the channel you want to view the content, a message will be displayed on the phone screen

Step 2: Enter recipient list

  • You can add recipient list from following 3 options:

    • Add directly: Requires correct format input

    • Add from excel file: Excel file must be in correct format

  • Clear list:

    • Delete selected numbers in the list or delete all.

    • Manually delete each number

Step 3: Set sending time

  • Time frame for sending each channel: Displays the time frame for sending each channel according to the regulations of the network operator or Zalo.

  • Select sending time:

    • Send earliest: Send immediately

    • Send at: customize the time you want to send the message

Step 4: Confirm order

  • Edit information: Check order information. Click "Edit" to edit the information.

  • Confirm information: When clicking "Confirm", the screen will display the OTP authentication table, please enter the correct OTP sent to the device via the phone number of the account being logged in.

ZNS consulting news

Feature to send messages to a large number of followers on Zalo application.

Step 1: Create content

  • Order Name: Name your order

  • Select Official Account

  • Upload photo: Please keep the photo ratio from 14:9 to 16:9

  • Content to send: Enter up to 2000 characters

Step 2: Recipient List

You can import the recipient list in one of three ways:

  • Select directly:

    • Sex

    • Age

    • Select all by page

    • Select each object

    • Deselect all

    • Search by name

  • Choose from the group categories created from the follower management page.

  • Select from excel file.

Step 3: Sending time

  • Select sending time:

    • Send now: send immediately

    • Send at: customize send time

Step 4: Confirm

  • Edit information: Check order information. Click "Edit" to edit the information.

  • Confirm information: When clicking "Confirm", the screen will display the OTP authentication table, please enter the correct OTP sent to the device via the phone number of the account being logged in.

Contacts

Manage phone number list and customer information

  • Create label: Name a label for a customer list

  • Add contact:

    • Add directly

    • Add from excel file

  • Support the following filter to filter information according to needs:

    • Label

    • Sex

    • Age

    • Love/Success

    • District

    • Ward/commune

    • Search by name or phone number

  • Export data to excel file

  • Select 1 or more customers to tag

Manage Followers

Manage the list of Zalo users interested in OA

  • Select OA: Select the OA you want to see the list of followers -> the system will display information about the total number of followers

  • Group Management: You can divide 1 or more groups containing followers to serve your purposes.

  • Supports the following filters so you can filter information according to your needs:

    • Group

    • Sex

    • Age

    • Name

  • Export data to excel file

  • Select 1 or more followers to "Assign followers to group"

Report

By order

  • View orders proactively

  • Find orders: search by content or name

  • Support filter, search by:

    • Order purpose

    • Order Status

    • Time period

  • Support exporting data to excel file

By output

  • Support filtering by:

    • Sending channel

    • News type

    • Sending account

    • Time

  • Click "Filter" to filter data

Rating Survey

  • Support filtering by:

    • OA Name

    • Template

    • Time

  • Click "Filter" to filter data

  • Support exporting data to excel file

Blocking Management

  1. Add phone numbers to block: Customize blocking options for each channel or add notes to remind yourself.

  2. Filter by blocked channel

  3. Search Phone Number

  4. Export data to excel file
